The Department of Computer Science and Engineering came into existence from the very inception of the college in 2002, with the mission to educate students including those from rural areas, so that they become enlightened individuals, improving the living standards of their families, industry and society. CSE Department is headed by Dr.V.K. Gnanaveland  shares the mission and vision of the institute in imparting high quality education to the students. First, it is ensured that the student perceives the computer fundamentals thoroughly. Besides fulfilling the requirements of the syllabus prescribed by the University, the program offers students the opportunity to work on diverse hardware and software platforms.
